Bill Irwin
As the Managing Broker of the Tucker/Stone Mountain Office, I believe it is my responsibility to provide an educational, creative, productive and warm atmosphere for my Agent Team. I provide each of my Agents with the tools and training necessary to achieve their Personal and Professional goals.
Our office serves the Real Estate needs of a wide and diverse area in Dekalb and surrounding counties. Our Agents specialize in luxury properties, general brokerage, new homes, land and REO assets.
As the Managing Broker, I have over 40 years of Marketing and Management experience and have a passion for Teaching, Training and Coaching.
In addition to Company Service, I am involved in a number of Charitable Service organizations, Rotary International, an active member of St. David's Episcopal Church and a representative of the Coldwell Banker CARES Foundation.
