Seth G. Weissman
Seth is a partner in the real estate and litigation firm of Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco, P.C. He has been a practicing real estate attorney for nearly 20 years.
He obtained his J.D. degree from Duke University, a Master’s degree in City Planning from the University of North Carolina, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Seth is the General Counsel for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and represents several Boards of REALTORS® within the State of Georgia.
He is the author of a book on Residential Real Estate Contracts with the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. Mr. Weissman has been an approved instructor for Coldwell Banker School of Real Estate since 2004.
