Phase I Environmental Site Analysis Tuesday, September 28, 2010 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM This course is presented by Champia. It is designed to help agents understand the inspection process, and how to better protect the best needs of their clients. This is an essential class for agents doing commercial business. Learn the impact of and necessity of envirmental inspections. This class is approved for 3 ce hours.
Accelerated Performance Program Sales Post-License and Continuing Education Course Monday, June 7th- July 22nd, 2010 8:45 AM - 1:00 PM This fast-paced, high-energy learning environment meets three (3) mornings each week for six weeks; Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays 8:45 am - 1:00 pm. An eighty (80) course designed to teach you how to build your business on purpose. Providing both 25 hours of post license credit and 24 hours of continuing education credits, this program includes daily dialogue practice, prospecting and action workshops. This course will equip you with listing, selling, negotiating, and follow-up skills. Current Real Estate Trends are tracked; Technology and SocialNetworking are practiced. The primary instructor for this course is Debbie Cooke. There are additional guest instructors. In order to receive post license credit you must be on time and present for the entire course and you must pass your post license final exam with a passing score being 75% or better. The only partial credit given for this course is Code of Ethics. It is also approved for 3 hours of ce and provides compliance for the NAR quadrennial training.

A Realtor's Leasing Overview - Protecting the Landlord and Tenant September 14, 2010 10 am - 12pm and 1:00 - 3:00 pm (Both sessions required for completion) At the conclusion of this course attendees will be able to provide information and lead a discussion on the benefits/drawbacks of "leasing only" or placing a home in a property management situation. Agents will also be able to ensure that all forms are completed to provide the maximum protection for a homeowner/tenant. Short Sales - Can they be a Solution for Homeowners Tuesday August 10th, 2010 9:30 am - 12:30 pm At the conclusion of this class agents will be more informed regarding assisting clients with buying and selling foreclosures, short sales and bank owned properties. They will learn how to assist the homeowner facing foreclosure, and discuss alternatives. Agents will review specific dialogue that will assist them with their explanation of the short sale process. During this class participants will learn, basic compostion of word processing, text and formatting. Staging for Results Tuesday August 17th, 2010 9:30 am - 12:30 pm Attendees will learn 7 techniques to differentiate a home from the competition, identify preferences for todays home buyer, and learn cost effective ways to stage a home. Mastering Moisture ProblemsTuesday, October 26th, 9:30 - 12:30This course is credited for 3 hours of continuing education thru the AquarGuard Continuing Education School Program, school code 3747. The instructor for this course is Tom Digregorio of AquaGuard Waterproofing Contractors, Inc. The primary focus of this course will be to teach agents to recognize and understand costs-to-cure parameters for commonly encountered repairs since these affect the asking/selling price of properties they may be listing for sale. This course will involve group discussions regarding commonly encountered problems with emphasis on accurate observation, diagnosis/evaluation, generic remediation and the average range of costs for such remediation. Attendees are also taught to evaluate possible negative economic impacts on problem properties due to slower resale or up-front devaluation on those properties.
