Previews Property Specialist Certification

This class is designed to provide a clear understanding of the Previews Marketing Program that is available through Coldwell Banker. Local market activities designed to support Previews are discussed and guidance on how to deliver an effective listing presentation to this clientele is introduced. As well, a sample marketing plan is presented to assist sales associates in maximizing their dollars spent, while providing client representation for this niche market. This is one of several pre-requisites in order to obtain the National "Previews Property Specialist" designation.
