Mary McPherson brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience to her position as Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Licensed in 1986, she was a top producing sales associate in North Fulton County and received the prestigious Phoenix Award from the Atlanta Board of Realtors recognizing 10 consecutive years of million dollar production.

She was named the Assistant Managing Broker of the Alpharetta North Point Office in 1996 and became the Managing Broker in 2000. Since 2000, the Alpharetta North Point has consistently ranked in the Top 3 offices of the Atlanta company and was named the top company office for 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2007. The office has also been recognized as a President's Council office for six years - awarded to the top 20% of NRT's Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices nationwide.
