Gil Castro
As Managing Broker, my goal is to maintain this office at the level it has achieved through the hard work of its dedicated and professional agents. As such, my job is to RECRUIT talented and professional individuals, FACILITATE training seminars, COACH agents to help them stay on track and achieve their goals.
Originally from New York City, I have been living in the Metro Atlanta area since 1989. Prior to real estate I was in software development where I worked as an independent consultant for Fortune 500 companies. My clients included Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Siemens Energy & Automation among others. My specialty was installing, customizing, enhancing, and maintaining large financial software systems. My project management experience and attention to detail in meeting deadlines translated well into real estate sales and management.
My passion for success is unsurpassed whether dealing with new agents or seasoned ones. I feel the key to a successful partnership is COMMUNICATION. Therefore, I keep in touch with each agent on a regular basis. I am also one of Coldwell Banker Real Estate School’s training instructors. I teach all of CB’s TECH COURSES to both experienced and new agents.
The student feedback has been very positive with comments such as: “He’s very patient”, “He doesn’t talk over your head – he speaks at the audience’s level”, “He’s very thorough”.
