August 2, 2017 from 10:00am - 1:00pm (3 HRS CE)

The content covers various construction practices and how these practices lend themselves to hidden problems such as termite and pest intrusion. We'll also cover in detail what is involved with the WDO Report, aka the Termite or Clearance Letter. In closing we'll review common rodents that move into crawl spaces and attics and what the options are for correcting these issues. The class ends with a highly interactive and competitive game of Jeopardy.


Appraiser's Guide to CMA's

August 3, 2017 from 12:30pm - 3:30pm ( 3 HRS CE )

This class will help develop skills and provide you with new tools to do CMA's correctly. An Appraiser's Guide to CMA's will assist you in identifying proper databases to use, finding the best comparables and most importantly, making the correct adjustments. We will share with you general adjustment parameters and benchmarks to assist you in completing a more accurate CMA for your clients.

Intro to Home Inspections

Home Inspections have become commonplace as a consumer service in direct response to the desire of homebuyer to learn more about the condition of a house prior to purchase.

This course provides an introduction to home inspections for real estate agents in order to help with their understanding of what is involved with a home inspection and what type service their clients should expect from a home inspection. Building Science & Smart Homes

August 11, 2017 from 9:30am - 12:30pm

Homes are becoming increasing sophisticated with energy efficient HVAC systems, better insulation and tighter homes, smarter thermostats, appliances and integrated WIFI connections plus safety devices like AFCI. This course provides a basic framework for agents in order to help with their understanding of a well-built home.
