Debbie Allen-Cooke

Debbie is presently the Director of Training/Education and Career Development for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Debbie has been actively involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1979 and currently holds her Associate Brokers license in the State of Georgia.  She has enjoyed a successful career as a Sales Associate, Managing Broker for a large office, as well as owned and operated her own franchised company. 

Although Debbie has been training sales associates and managers since 1989, it became apparent to her 5 years later that she wanted to work towards training and career development as a full time occupation.  As a result when Debbie joined Coldwell Banker in April 1993, she made the decision to work towards that goal. She made it a priority to complete as many courses as were available to her and became certified as a Previews Specialist, Coldwell Banker University Instructor, as well as a graduate from both the Sales and Management Institutes.  She also holds her DDI Certification for Management Training, her SRES for Seniors Marketing, and is certified to teach the National Association of Realtors - "At Home With Diversity - One America" program.

In June 1996, Debbie, along with her husband and 3 children made the move officially to Atlanta Georgia.  Here Debbie works with new sales associates, managers and support staff.  The Coldwell Banker School of Real Estate is pleased to have Debbie as our primary instructor.  Debbie is approved to teach prelicense, continuing education and post license courses.
